Revell Charles W. Morgan KitApr 11, 2012
By Pete Wilson Although not a toy, this model kit is relatively simple to build. It is an excellent scale replica of the last whale ship, on exhibit at Mystic Seaport. I highly recommend this model; it is excellent.
My first plastic model sail shipDec 31, 2011
By Pharm This is my first model sail ship. Pros: Very detail model kits. The instruction is easy to follow. The rigging was the most difficult part. But it was fun. Overall it took me about 2 month to finish. I made some mistakes during rigging, but I was able to hide it with superglue. Cons: The sail part is made in white plastic. After painting, it looks funny. I think I will find some replacement material for the sail later. I feel several steps in the instruction should be in different order.
Overall, I love this project. I am looking forward for another sail ship. This time I might order a different company's model for comparison.

By Kim Pulsipher My Father-in-Law enjoyed putting this togeather, but said it was too easy for someone who has experience in putting togeather ships.
